TVS Electronics is part of the USD3.5Bn TVS Group of India. TVS Electronics designs manufactures and distributes IT products, dot matrix printers, point of sale terminals, printer supplies, keyboards, mobiles, mouse, uninterruptible power supplies, and set-top boxes.
Problem Statement
- The Customer wanted a web portal application to track the field team/channel partner requests as call tickets from initiation to closure. The application users (inside sales team) should be able to log the call tickers, update the status, track the tickers.
